Home About

We architect careers. We do not sell courses.

CareerFluxio was founded in 2019 by four hiring managers who were tired of interviewing well-trained candidates who had been taught the wrong things. So we inverted the model: start from the job description, work backwards.

Our thesis

Most career products optimise for completion. We optimise for offers.

A course completion certificate is a receipt, not an outcome. It tells a recruiter you watched something. It does not tell them you can do the work, and it certainly does not get your resume past the parser.

So every element of an CareerFluxio engagement is measured against one question: does this make an offer more likely in the next six months? If the answer is no, we cut it. That is why there is no 200-hour syllabus here, and why your mentor is someone who still sits on a hiring panel.

  • Written gap map before a single lesson is taught
  • Two shippable projects, not twenty tutorials
  • Every document reviewed by an active hiring panellist
  • Placement desk that never closes

The method

Six steps, in this order, for a reason

Skip step two and you train for the wrong role. Skip step four and nobody reads the training. Sequence is the product.

  • Step 01 · Week 0

    Career Discovery

Ninety minutes with a career architect. We map what you have done, what you are willing to do, and what the market will actually pay for at the intersection.

  • Step 02 · Week 1

    Skill Assessment

Benchmarked tests across aptitude, domain depth and structured communication. The output is a written gap map — the one document the whole engagement hangs from.

  • Step 03 · Weeks 2–18

    Training

Only the modules your gap map calls for. Live cohorts, weekly assignments, code or portfolio review from people who do the work professionally.

  • Step 04 · Weeks 14–20

    Resume Building

Three reviewed rewrites minimum, ATS-tested against fourteen parsers, plus a LinkedIn rebuild aimed at the search strings recruiters actually type.

  • Step 05 · Weeks 18–22

    Mock Interviews

Recorded rounds with working panellists. You get the video, the scorecard, and a specific list of what to fix before the next one.

  • Step 06 · Week 20+

    Placement Assistance

Matched introductions across 120+ partners, application sequencing so your strongest shots are not wasted first, and a mentor on the negotiation call.

Not on the list

Things we deliberately do not do

  • Take a percentage of your future salary. Income-share agreements misalign incentives at exactly the wrong moment.
  • Guarantee a job. Nobody can, and the guarantee always hides in the fine print.
  • Sell you a track your gap map does not support, however popular it is this quarter.
  • Publish a placement rate that quietly excludes everyone who dropped out.
Values

Four commitments we can be held to

Honest before optimistic

If the role you want needs three more years of groundwork, we say so on the first call — even though the honest answer loses us the sale about a fifth of the time.

Measured, publicly

Placement rate, median days-to-offer and refund rate are published every quarter, with the denominator stated. Numbers without denominators are marketing.

One owner per learner

You get a named career architect for the whole engagement. No ticket queues, no handoffs between a sales team and a delivery team.

The relationship outlives the invoice

Two mentor check-ins a year, for life. When alumni get laid off, their placement desk reopens the same week at no charge.

Mentors

The people who will actually be in the room

Sixty-four active mentors, median eleven years in-role. Every one of them still holds the job they are preparing you for — most sit on hiring panels at their own company.

Priya Subramanian

Head of Career Strategy

Fourteen years in engineering hiring, ex-Infosys and ex-Razorpay. Has screened past 30,000 resumes and can explain exactly why yours stalls.

Arjun Nambiar

Lead, Interview Practice

Staff engineer at a payments unicorn and a standing panellist for backend roles. Runs the mock-interview rubric we score against.

Kabir Menon

Head of Partnerships

Built the 120-company hiring network. Previously ran campus recruitment for a Big Four consulting practice across South India.

Leela Desai

Lead, Design & Product Tracks

Principal designer, twelve years across fintech and healthtech. Reviews every UX portfolio that leaves the programme.
