By making a payment or enrolling in a CareerFluxio program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

CareerFluxio provides educational, digital and service-based career development programs.
Because course access, digital materials, trainer time, mentoring, counselling, assessments, onboarding and other services may be allocated after enrolment, refunds and cancellations are subject to this Policy and any specific terms communicated for the purchased program.
Where a specific written agreement or program-specific refund policy provides different terms, those terms may apply to the relevant transaction, subject to applicable law.

After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded to the original payment method.
If your bank account or payment method has been debited but CareerFluxio has not received confirmation of the transaction, contact us with your transaction details.
We may verify the transaction with the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.
Where payment was not successfully received by CareerFluxio, any reversal may be processed through the relevant banking or payment system.
If CareerFluxio cancels a program before it begins and cannot reasonably provide:
CareerFluxio may provide an appropriate refund for the affected undelivered Service, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
CareerFluxio may update course modules, trainers, schedules, learning resources or delivery methods to improve the program or accommodate operational requirements.
A change in trainer, schedule, module sequence, learning platform or delivery method does not automatically create a refund entitlement where substantially equivalent Services continue to be provided.
CareerFluxio provides placement assistance and career support but does not guarantee employment.

Career outcomes depend on various factors, including participant skills, performance, interview results, employer requirements, job-market conditions, available vacancies and employer selection decisions.

Discounted programs, promotional offers, scholarships, referral programs, bundled packages and special offers may have separate refund or cancellation conditions.
