The annual figure covers twelve months of the same engagement paid upfront — it lowers our collection overhead, so the saving is passed through rather than invented. There is no auto-renewal: at the end of the term the relationship continues on lifetime guidance, free.

Before you pay anyone anything

Any request within 14 days of your first live session, for any reason or none. No exit interview, no partial deduction for sessions attended. We refunded 1.8% of enrolments in 2025 and processed the median request in four working days.
No. Certification exam fees, if you choose to sit one, are paid directly to the certifying body and are not ours to mark up. Everything else — extra mock rounds, additional resume variants, re-opening your placement desk years later — is inside the fee you already paid.
Yes. A 30% need-based reduction is available on Starter and Professional, assessed on a short means form rather than an essay competition. We also reserve four fully funded Professional seats per quarter; ask on the counselling call.
Three equal payments at enrolment, week six and week twelve. No interest, no third-party lender, no credit check, and the total is identical to paying upfront. If a payment date falls badly, tell your architect and we move it.
Yes — every figure on this page is the final amount payable, GST inclusive. A tax invoice is issued within 24 hours of each payment, and the fee may be claimable as a professional development expense depending on your circumstances. We are not tax advisers, so check with yours.
