Eleven tracks, each built backwards from a live job description

We do not write syllabi from textbooks. Each track starts as a pile of real job descriptions from our partner network, gets stripped to the skills that appear in most of them, and is rebuilt every six months as those descriptions change.

Duration, load, and what the market pays

Median CTC figures come from offers our own learners accepted in the last twelve months. They are not industry averages, and they are not aspirational — they are what people in these cohorts actually signed.

Inside each track

What you build, and who reviews it

24 weeks

Software Development

Java or JavaScript stream, chosen at week two based on your gap map. Data structures taught through interview questions, not chapters.

  • Capstone: a deployed multi-service app with CI/CD
  • Weekly code review by a working staff engineer
  • 180 curated DSA problems, spaced-repetition schedule
22 weeks

Artificial Intelligence

Applied, not theoretical. You will fine-tune, evaluate and deploy — and you will learn to say honestly when a model is not the answer.

  • Capstone: a retrieval system (RAG) with a written eval report
  • Maths refresher block for non-engineering backgrounds
  • Cost, latency budgeting, and production deployment
14 weeks

Project Management

Agile & Scrum frameworks, sprint planning, Jira & Asana workflows, risk management, budget allocation, and executive stakeholder communication.

  • Capstone: an end-to-end product delivery roadmap & sprint backlog
  • Practical alignment for PMP & Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
  • Live stakeholder management & crisis resolution simulation
14 weeks

Digital Marketing

You will run a real campaign with a real budget in week nine. Losing money teaches attribution faster than any lecture.

  • Capstone: a live campaign with an analytical post-mortem
  • Performance marketing across Meta Ads, Google Ads & TikTok
  • Analytics, attribution, conversion rate optimization (CRO)
18 weeks

Data Analytics

SQL until it is second nature, then Python, Power BI & Tableau. Turning messy stakeholder questions into defensible numbers.

  • Capstone: a stakeholder-facing interactive dashboard plus memo
  • Deliberately dirty datasets & real-world production warehousing
  • Statistical honesty module on misleading charts and A/B tests
16 weeks

UI / UX Design

Research through to handoff. Three portfolio case studies that show reasoning, not just final screens — that is what gets you hired.

  • Capstone: an end-to-end design system & product case study
  • Accessibility and WCAG assessed on every Figma submission
  • Live portfolio critique with a principal product designer
12 weeks

Business Development

Pipeline discipline, discovery questioning, enterprise pitch decks, and recorded role-plays against tough objections.

  • Capstone: a full territory sales plan and outreach sequence
  • CRM hygiene, HubSpot / Salesforce forecasting fundamentals
  • Twelve recorded objection-handling and closing role-plays
12 weeks

SEO

Technical, on-page, and programmatic SEO strategy on live websites you rank, so the results are yours to showcase.

  • Capstone: full technical audit, keyword architecture & rank growth
  • Hands-on: GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog & AI SEO
  • Agency-ready reporting, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
Admissions

Getting into a cohort

There is an assessment, but it is diagnostic rather than exclusionary — it decides which stream and which starting block you enter, not whether you are admitted. The only real filter is the counselling call, where we occasionally advise someone that a different track (or a different year) suits them better.
Capped at 24 for technical tracks and 30 for the business tracks. Beyond that, code review stops being individual, which is the part that actually works.
Once, within the first three weeks, at no cost. After week three the cohort has moved far enough that a switch means joining the next intake — which we will hold for you rather than charge you again.
Every session is recorded and posted within four hours, and there is a Saturday doubt-clearing slot precisely for the people who had to miss something. Assignments have a 72-hour grace window; beyond that your mentor will ask what is going on, because sustained absence is usually a signal rather than a scheduling problem.
Cohorts fill about three weeks out

Talk to a career architect before you pick a track

Choosing the track yourself is the most common expensive mistake. The gap map exists so the decision is made with evidence.
